if you are still under the update period you can either keep them or delete them, but remember once your update period expires you can no longer get them back, so i suggest to update them all unless your planning to paid for future updates. good luck. -

I can't enter to acura ,infiniti,mercedes,nissan ,others cars add, just show me this

well it sounds like your software got corrupted. Your only choice will be to buy the update since your subscription has run out. You might have to clear out tthe tool being that your having some sort of problem with it. Then reloaded and down load all the cars that you use again. In the future you should get in the habit of backing the tool up. This will allow you reload software even if your out of subscription or if one of there new update is no good you can reload older updates to correct the problem -

Thanks , but I will try that support fix my problem, this happend to my maxysis after
my last up date , some updates downloade ok and others did not , is not fair that I pay
in this case, I use my maxysi like in 10 cars in a year -
